My name is Vladimir Jelezarov and I am founder and co-owner of a cleaning company in Bulgaria.
Our main business are stones- and facades-cleaning and restoration. We are often challenged by graffiti in our daily job, which we fought with sandblasting or grinding, or often by just giving up.
Little background – graffiti-cleaning is something that happens the last two or three years in my country, unlike the graffiti-making which is more than 10 years old. This is a situation that makes a great challenge for the new (at least for Bulgaria) technology of removal with chemicals.
So, we began searching and requesting for a solution every single company that produces anti-graffiti chemicals we could find in the public space.
The request was specifically formulated for the situation in my country – really very old graffiti, no protection for any surface at all and the big and often well organized graffiti-community. Some companies did not answer at all, some answered that they can not help us in this situation and a few offered a solution. We imported samples of every company that claimed their products can handle this challenge.
Results – personally tested by me – worldwide I found altogether three companies that produce products which really works. Two of them were just too primitive to work with.
Just one combines working products with adequate customer support and professionalism – Smart Graffiti.
Were is the difference finally? The simple answer is – in the REAL jobs. Almost everyone can clean 2-3 days old 15 sq. cm graffiti from easy to clean surface. It is always fun to see the pictures of “completed jobs” in some websites.

It will be unfair to say that only Smart works - some other products works too... The main difference is the COST for me to do the same job. With 3 times more product needed for application, 5 times more time needed and much more manpower there have to be something wrong!
